| Motivatie recensent | The fruit-driven and primary white 2022 Lapola has a nose of chamomile and dry herbs and a medium-bodied and soft palate with a fine-boned texture and purity of flavors. It's ripe at 14% alcohol but keeping very good freshness and acidity, reflected by a pH of 3.18 and 6.666 grams of acidity. In the warm 2022 vintage, it was produced with 86% Godello, 7% Albariño, 6% Doña Blanca and 1% Treixadura, fermented in 600-liter oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and matured partly in those 600-liter barrels and partly in 1,200- and 2,400-liter oak foudres with the lees for 10 months. 34,343 bottles and 360 magnums produced. It was bottled in April 2024 |
