Showing less evident oak than the Vrede Chardonnay, Ridge comes from a cool, east-facing
site at a comparatively elevated 350 metres. Bold, intense and well structured, it has layers of
honey, lanolin and tangerine, pink grapefruit acidity and a touch of petrichor from clay 20%
